Impressive selection of well-cooked vegetables during meals.
Pool tiles are dangerously slippery when wet, posing a safety risk.

would definitely return here
The suite had a massive balcony with ocean views. Super spacious with a comfy bed and lots of electrical outlets. The spa was amazing, featuring a fitness center, hot tub, sauna, and relaxing massage treatments. The indoor heated pool was perfect, and the outdoor pool was nice too. The staff went out of their way to help us with everything.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and
attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious, especially the fresh seafood options. However, the evening entertainment could more lively, as it felt quite subdued for a resort atmosphere.

The Enotel features modern accommodations, offering a spacious and comfortable Standard Room equipped with new furnishings. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, efficiently assisting with any requests, including meeting space arrangements. The location is ideal, being close to the ocean and local attractions, making it convenient for business and leisure activities.
Limited dining options and drink quality did not meet expectations.

The location was perfect for accessing local tours and attractions, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. The buffet had a fantastic variety of food, and the themed restaurants added a nice touch to our dining experience. However, our shower had some black mold, which was disappointing. Overall, we appreciated the helpful staff and enjoyed our spacious Family Room.

Staff friendly and helpful. Variety of dining options available but food quality varies. Pool tiles very slippery, be careful. Great location for walking tours and easy access to local attractions. Overall a solid experience.

Excellent variety of dining options.
The toilet seat was loose, and I had to fix it myself. To top it off, our room had a terrible view, and the hot tub temperatures were inexplicably low.

The hotel features direct access to the oceanfront Lido Promenade, which is perfect for a family stroll. We loved the kids club activities. The food was surprisingly tasty at the buffet, making it easy to please everyone.
My kids wished the Japanese restaurant would allow younger guests. It was a bummer for our sushi-loving 10-year-old to be left out of that experience.

This one had me thinking…
The facilities are impressive, with pools and a spa area ideal for relaxation. Room comfort is spot on, with great views too! The staff ensure a welcoming experience. Dining is decent but not always five-star quality. Unfortunately, entertainment can be a bit loud at times, which detracted from the overall chill vibe. Would I recommend it? Definitely!

Loved the common facilities, the pools and beach were divine! Our family room had a fantastic view, and with all-inclusive, we had plenty to munch on!
But, good luck finding a quiet spot. it felt like a sunbed showdown out there! And the cuisine? Let’s just say my taste buds were in a state of confusion!

great stay with minor issues
The sea view from my large balcony added a special touch to my mornings. The staff's friendly demeanor made the all-inclusive experience enjoyable.
The decor, while attractive, felt slightly outdated in some areas.

Just a good match for a weekend breather in Funchal with fantastic value. The themed restaurants were okay, but avoid the Japanese one. Make sure to ask about availability at the a la carte dining before you arrive.
